1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or using any services provided by SignalPro Install ("Company," "we," "our," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.

2. Independent Service Provider

SignalPro Install is an independently owned and operated installation company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or authorized by any satellite radio or television provider or equipment manufacturer, including but not limited to SiriusXM Satellite Radio, Sirius XM Holdings Inc., XM Radio, Pandora, DirecTV, DISH Network, or their affiliates. All brand names referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used descriptively only.

3. Services Provided

Our services include physical installation of satellite radio and TV hardware, wiring, antenna setup, and general activation/setup assistance. We do not sell satellite subscriptions, service plans, hardware, or content packages. All subscriptions must be purchased directly from the appropriate satellite service provider.

4. Estimates and Pricing

All pricing provided is an estimate and subject to change based on the actual scope of work. Final pricing will be communicated and agreed upon before work begins. We do not perform work without customer authorization.

5. Warranty and Liability

We warrant our installation workmanship for 30 days from the date of service. This warranty covers defects in our labor only and does not extend to equipment, hardware, satellite subscriptions, signal availability, or service provider issues.

We are not responsible for: (a) satellite subscription costs or provider issues; (b) signal availability or service outages; (c) pre-existing vehicle electrical issues; (d) hardware malfunctions not related to our installation; or (e) incompatibility between customer-supplied equipment and vehicle.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your vehicle and equipment
• Ensure you own or have authority to modify the vehicle or property
• Purchase and manage satellite subscriptions directly through your provider
• Inform us of any pre-existing vehicle conditions that may affect installation

7. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service. Accepted forms of payment will be communicated at the time of service. Deposits may be required for larger or scheduled jobs.

8. Cancellations

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled appointment. Late cancellations may be subject to a service call fee.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sevier County, Tennessee.
